Racial discrimination

Racial discrimination occurs when a person is treated less favorably, or not given the same opportunities, as others in a similar situation.

Well, the problem of racial discrimination as in this country as the whole world is, that the most people discriminate Haitian people not because of they are black, it´s because they don’t have any money to pay, also they catch the job and the money Dominican want. in the other hand, here in the Dominican Republic there are a lot of illegals people like: Chinese people, Venezuelan, Colombian, Spanish also people from the Unites States.

The cause of the problem is, the authorities take money from illegal immigrants like Chinese and Peruvians, they pay money to the authorities to put stores and restaurants at the city but the Haitians don’t have money to pay corrupt authorities that´s why they are discriminated.

The best solution of that is, people have to change its mind thinking better and giving best treat to every people it doesn’t matter what is the nationality and everybody pay the taxes at the same way.

In my personal opinion, I think this country have to change the way of treat the people by the color of the skin and nationality. I mean, would be better to be like good brothers it doesn’t matter the race or nationality and get the same opportunities but the first problem is the authorities like the government the police, every people that work for the government in less words, we need to be educated everybody and maybe we would change.
